The building had strong bones but weak services. We retained the core structure and redesigned everything around climate comfort and modern utility.

What We Changed

• Preserved original timber window proportions
• Opened up central circulation for daylight
• Added concealed HVAC and acoustic treatment

Outcome

The site now functions as a collaborative workplace with lower running costs and a clear architectural identity.
